iMultiply is working with this tech-enabled Accountancy Practice whose Audit department is experiencing rapid growth, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. As part of a continued expansion, they are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Audit Analyst/Advisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior management in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a range of clients
  • Plan, implement, and complete audits for a variety of clients, supporting and supervising junior team members
  • Visit client sites to lead audits, manage complex file areas, and ensure audit processes run smoothly
  • Communicate effectively with junior staff and senior management, providing relevant updates throughout the audit process
  • Ensure audits are thoroughly documented, with sufficient evidence to support conclusions and audit opinions
  • Prepare statutory financial statements using client data
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members, distributing workloads effectively
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and addressing client needs
  • Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets and billing, to a high standard and within set deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the audit process
Requirements:
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ICAS or equivalent); newly qualified or part-qualified candidates will be considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is desirable
  • Familiarity with CCH is also advantageous
