Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients
- Provide strategic input and support the ongoing growth of the firm
- Mentor, develop and support junior team members and managers
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit standards
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
