This role is working for a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers with a significant presence across the UK.

They are proactively developing their audit capabilities in Central Scotland and are now in the position where they are seeking an Audit Partner with a pioneering spirit to lead the Audit service line, collaborating seamlessly with the existing Audit Partner network and leveraging the firm's robust infrastructure to build a thriving practice.

Responsibilities:As an Audit Partner, your role responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing expert advice on business and personal matters.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on new service offerings, demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute marketing opportunities, maximising cross-selling potential.
  • Oversee all aspects of client engagement, ensuring exceptional service delivery and efficient work allocation.
  • Manage the end-to-end audit process, including budgeting and timelines
  • Manage a high-quality portfolio of HNW personal clients and trust structures.
  • Provide expert compliance and consultancy services.
  • Research complex tax issues and manage advisory assignments.
  • Ensure exceptional service and timely delivery.

Requirements:As an Audit Partner, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification, with significant senior-level experience and portfolio management skills.
  • Ideally, RI status.
  • Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of IFRS/UKGAAP.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex scenarios and making strategic decisions, with strong communication abilities
