Role Responsibilities
- Taking RI responsibility across a diverse portfolio of audit clients
- Playing a strategic leadership role in the Glasgow office and wider audit practice
- Driving quality, compliance, and audit innovation across the firm
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Mentoring and developing future leaders in the audit team
- Working collaboratively with other Partners to shape the long-term vision

Candidate Requirements
- RI status (essential) with experience signing off on audits
- Strong background in managing and growing client portfolios
- Proven leadership and people development skills
- Commercial acumen and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
