iMultiply is delighted to be engaged on a retained basis to support Staffscanner in their search for a Finance Business Partner. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in their Glasgow city centre office, offering the chance to work closely with a highly experienced CFO and contribute meaningfully to a business innovating in the care sector.

This is a business with ambition, and the successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities across multiple entities, working directly with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decision-making.

THE ROLE

This newly created role will support the CFO and wider finance team in delivering high-quality financial insight and operational support across the group. The Finance Business Partner will take ownership of key financial processes, contribute to strategic planning, and help drive performance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of P&L and balance sheet preparation for audit
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
  • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Pricing analysis and support with complex financial modelling
  • Business partnering across various group entities
  • Support with statutory accounts and regulatory compliance (e.g. AWR)
  • Ad hoc project work including new company setups and strategic initiatives

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role is suited to either a newly or recently qualified accountant making their first move from practice, or someone with early post-qualification experience in industry. The successful candidate will be ambitious, analytical, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Mandatory:

  • Qualified accountant (e.g. ICAS, ACCA, CIMA), either newly qualified or with up to a few years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and month-end processes
  • Ability to prepare management accounts and support audit readiness
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in FP&A, pricing analysis or business partnering
  • Exposure to care sector or multi-entity environments
  • Familiarity with AWR regulations
  • Interest in working within a fast-growth tech business

ON OFFER

  • Salary in the region of £47,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
  • Full-time, permanent role based in Glasgow city centre 5 days
