Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s market-leading client is keen to add a Newly-Qualified Auditor to the current team on a permanent role in Glasgow. The company has a proven track record of successfully completing various high-profile projects Globally.This excellent opportunity will involve working primarily for the leading and developing finance function provision in a timely and accurate financial information. This role is ideal for an individual who can bring new ideas and help lead and deliver to senior management and our wider business ambitions.Key duties of the role include:
  • Support the Finance Team in driving the delivery, utilisation and efficiency of financial processes and resources.
  • Responsible for testing controls from separate control frameworks by selecting samples of reports from the finance department
  • Documenting the monthly/quarterly & annual testing of control points on balanced scorecards.
  • Attends monthly risk & control meetings.
  • Being able to support due diligence on growth plans.
  • Confident individual who works well in a team environment, can also build and maintain client & customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal & written skills are essential to the Senior Management team
  Qualifications:
  • ICAS / ACCA /CIMA Qualified Accountant
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with a variety of financial reporting and finance system-related queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with various computer accounting software packages and proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel
