Meraki Talent’s client, located on the outskirts of Glasgow, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team.
The role involves producing and presenting accurate financial information, including monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Candidates should have a strong background in management accounts, with experience working to tight deadlines and excellent communication skills.
The position offers a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, along with a performance-related bonus, annual leave, and pension benefits.
Applicants should be fully qualified or qualified by experience, with relevant experience in financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Meraki Talent’s market leading client based on the outskirts of Glasgow are looking to add a Management Accountant to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm and the successful candidate will be responsible for the production and presentation of accurate and timely financial information. Key duties of the role include:

Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts in accordance with the groups reporting timetable.
Work with stakeholders at various levels, discussing monthly KPIS and management accounts.
Management and production of weekly operational reports.
Supporting the year end audit.
In depth variance analysis and reporting back to senior management.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Experience required:

Qualified by Experience or Fully Qualified Accountant
Strong background in the production of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Comfortable working to challenging month and quarter end deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
Experienced excel user.
