iMultiply are working with a growing and forward-thinking business seeking a proactive and driven Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and looking to develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in the month-end cycle, reporting, and supporting financial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts including journals, accruals, and prepayments
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Support with cash flow reporting and analysis
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audit preparation
  • Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Assist with the development of internal controls and reporting improvements

Candidate Requirements

  • Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant experience in a management accounting role
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with non-finance colleagues
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a continuous improvement culture
