Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of an Accountant based close to Falkirk (hybrid working) paying up to £40,000 with good benefits.The CompanyThis businesses strategy is centred on growth and innovation. It is a company with an outstanding brand and reputation for excellence.The RoleThe Accountant role will report to the Head of Finance, and is a varied role with the key components including:

Preparation of monthly reporting packs & management accounts
Preparation of annual accounts & audit including liaising with External Auditors
Financial analysis – P&L, variances, KPI’s, cash management & forecasting
Management of intercompany, fixed asset and balance sheet transactions
Assisting with taxation & VAT returns
Ensuring robust month & year-end close
Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems

£40,000 base salary
