Are you an experienced Timber Frame Designer looking to take that next step in your career?
Or are you a pre-construction manager looking to work on exciting and varied projects?

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you'll be the crucial link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that design information and technical queries are accurately and efficiently communicated to enable smooth transition into production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the development and approval of design specs and technical documents.
  • Coordinating with external consultants and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
  • Educate clients on offsite manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Facilitate internal coordination meetings and track project milestones.

What we are looking for:

  • Technical expertise in offsite manufacturing, Timber Frame or Light Gauge Steel
  • Experience throughout the whole design process.
  • Confident in stakeholder management, building and maintaining relationships.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ and CDM regulations.

This position is an exciting opportunity due to growth, to join a large, national contractor delivering timber frame units across the UK, where you will be joining a new division. Helping the development and really adding your stamp in Scotland.
