We are working closely with a nationally recognised, multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy who due to continued growth are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. Covering long standing client sites within housing, retail, healthcare and education sectors; you will work to complete management and R&D surveys, following up with quality reports. Our client has a national presence and large teams of site staff working from different offices, thus offering regional based work and excellent work/ life balance. Company van with personal use, fuel card and other good benefits available, plus scope for P403/4 training and cross training.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hamilton, East Kilbride, Kilmarnock, Coatbridge, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling, Kirkaldy, Cumbernauld, Penicuik, Motherwell, Carluke, Lanark, Larkhall, Douglas.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH qualification is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working direct as an Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited company.
" Exceptional knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites to carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Ensuring to conduct re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on site, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Producing detailed site-specific reports using industry relevant systems.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
