- - Strong understanding of voice network infrastructure and SIP routing.
- - Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery planning.
- - Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with external vendors.
- - Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- - Advanced ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge.
- - 7+ years of experience in enterprise telephony and cloud contact center platforms.
- - Proven track record in managing large-scale contact center environments.
- - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- - Amazon Connect Expert Certification
- - Cisco or Avaya Telephony Certifications (optional)
