Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to manage and oversee our company's financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, managing payroll processes, and supporting audit preparations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft office software, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across departments.

Main responsibilities

  • Checking sales orders processed by the Sales Team/Online are correct.
  • Calling customers to verify details when needed
  • Using Experian to credit check new and existing customers
  • Emailing and calling new and existing customers regarding payment
  • Working closely with Customer Services to collect monies due when customers complaints resolved
  • Identify and flag potential customers who meet the criteria for litigation activity
  • Sending payment links

The successful candidate will

  • Have 12+ months continuous employment in a similar role
  • Possess excellent outlook skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills and have an eye for detail
