Production Operators Key Responsibilities:
- Produce components to meet delivery schedules and cost targets
- Complete job cards with detailed process information
- Maintain clean work areas
- Report equipment issues to maintenance
- Record and manage work-related data
- Pack goods with protective materials
- Support team development and induction
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with planning and forecasting
