We're Hiring: Stores and Production Support Operator

Location: East Kilbride
Pay rate: 13.43

Are you someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working in a hands-on environment, and thrives as part of a team? We're looking for a Stores and Production Support Operator to join our busy production department - and we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping our store running smoothly day-to-day.
• Unloading deliveries and making sure everything's processed correctly.
• Supplying parts to the production team quickly and efficiently.
• Making sure inventory is accurate with regular stock counts.
• Labelling parts clearly and keeping everything easy to find.
• Keeping aisles, loading bays, and storage areas tidy and safe.
• Disposing of waste properly and maintaining great housekeeping.
• Supporting production and learning new roles as opportunities come up.

How We'll Support You:

• Clear daily targets and KPIs to help you succeed.
• Regular reviews and appraisals every 6 months.
• Training provided where needed - we're all about helping you grow.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in stores or manufacturing is great, but not essential - we'll train the right person.
• Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A team player who's happy to pitch in and help others.
• Comfortable using computers and handling data accurately.
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance & Reach) is a bonus - or we'll help you get one.
• A full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Someone flexible, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
