We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Area Manager to take the lead in overseeing the performance and operations of hotel properties across Scotland. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to General Managers and department heads, ensuring high standards across operations, service, and performance.
  • Conduct regular visits to the various properties within your remit, ensuring the operations of each respective hotel are in line with the company standards.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth.
  • Champion compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement innovative sales, events, and promotional strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Area Manager or in a senior multi-site leadership role within hospitality.
  • Strong commercial insight and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and people skills.

Skilled in leading, mentoring, and motivating diverse teams to achieve excellence.
