Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Manage and organise documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other business correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update records and databases efficiently.
  • Support the team with any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Administrator (Temp) should have:
