Were looking for a passionate and ambitious Chefde Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading our kitchen brigade. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative, chef with a deep love for quality produce and seasonal Scottish cuisine.

What youll do AsChefde Partie:

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintain high culinary standards and consistency across all dishes
  • Lead and motivate junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service and team morale

  • Ensure strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols are upheld
