Paid Acquisition Lead - Glasgow

Join our dynamic team as a Paid Acquisition Lead, reporting to the Group E-commerce Manager. This role focuses on managing paid marketing and affiliate channels across multiple platforms, ensuring effective campaign execution and strategic oversight. Ideal for a professional with a strong background in PPC and a keen eye for data analysis.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and review daily account responsibilities across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other relevant channels covering PPC, display, search, re-marketing, DV360, video, and more.
- Conduct audits on paid and organic channels to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Provide strategic advice on campaign setup and delivery across the marketing funnel.
- Execute regular PPC campaigns, handling setup, optimisation, monitoring, and tracking on platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Maintain and monitor key metrics like audience targeting, impression share, and quality score.
- Manage campaign pixel creation, tagging, and tracking through Google Tag Manager, with a deep understanding of Google Analytics 4.
- Set up, manage, and analyse reports using Google Data Studio, Microsoft BI, or other analytics dashboards.
- Analyse and articulate data behind results, providing recommendations for keyword and audience opportunities.
- Oversee reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent, with qualifications from Google and other relevant platforms.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a PPC Manager, managing large scale budgets.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Affiliate Future) and other paid acquisition platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with third-party bidding and feed management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
