Business Development Manager For Scotland – Energy & Utility Solutions

Location: Remote (Scotland Based) | Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

With a strong UK presence and global headquarters in the US, this company acts as a trusted third-party intermediary for organisations spending significant sums of money annually on utilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business through high-volume outbound sales activity (initially 70–80 calls per day while building up pipeline)
  • Book and attend 2+ meetings per week with senior decision-makers (FDs, MDs)
  • Sell a portfolio of commercial gas, electricity, and water brokerage services
  • Build and manage a pipeline in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, remote-first team

 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience in ideally commercial gas, electricity, or water contracts
  • Will also consider backgrounds in energy sales, double glazing sales, photocopier/media sales, or door-to-door canvassing are highly valued. 
  • Confident, tenacious, and target-driven with strong communication skills and hunger to maximise earning potential.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and closing deals
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel monthly to the North England office
