If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!We’re working in partnership with a well-established third-party client to recruit a permanent Internal Sales Executive, based fully onsite at their Glasgow office (G41 1RR).Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing customer accounts and handling enquiries via phone and email
  • Liaising closely with the Sales Manager and wider team
  • Responding to customer queries and providing exceptional service
  • Supporting with pricing, quotes, and order processing
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers while developing a new client base
  • Supporting credit control and order fulfilment processes
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role
  • A proactive, confident sales approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience working in builder’s merchants or a construction-related environment is highly desirable
  • Comfortable with phone and email-based customer interaction
  • Organised, team-focused and target-driven
