Major Project Sales Manager - Field Based

Location: Central Scotland

Salary: Up to £52 ,000 + Commission & Company Car

A successful Hire Company is seeking a commercially driven and experienced Major Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-value bespoke and major project solutions across its full range of services, including Propping, Temporary Bridging, Monitoring, and Groundworks.

This senior sales role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing opportunities typically exceeding £50k, working in close collaboration with internal engineering, operations, and commercial teams. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing complex project requirements, and driving revenue growth within your region.

The role will report into the Regional Sales Director.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience in the construction, civil engineering, or hire sector
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience in managing major projects
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is advantageous
  • A well-established network within utilities or major contractors is desirable
