Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Anywhere in the UK
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + commission (£79,000 OTE) + car allowance
Reports To: Sales Director
Our client is a leading provider of premium security solutions designed specifically for the construction industry. The company supplies high-end CCTV products, including towers, cameras, monitors and pods, to construction projects across the UK.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Deliver consultative sales support, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.
- Attend regular site visits and client meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
- Accurately maintain sales records and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Represent Select Group at trade events, exhibitions and industry functions.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in securitysales, ideally involving CCTV or related electronic security products.
- A proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of, and connections within, the construction industry are highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Scotland and occasionally to England.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
