Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + commission (£79,000 OTE) + car allowance

Reports To: Sales Director

Our client is a leading provider of premium security solutions designed specifically for the construction industry. The company supplies high-end CCTV products, including towers, cameras, monitors and pods, to construction projects across the UK.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Deliver consultative sales support, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.
  • Attend regular site visits and client meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Accurately maintain sales records and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Represent Select Group at trade events, exhibitions and industry functions.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in securitysales, ideally involving CCTV or related electronic security products.
  • A proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of, and connections within, the construction industry are highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Scotland and occasionally to England.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
