Are you a Sales Manager with experience working in the construction or fenestration industries looking for an autonomous role where you'll be joining a rapidly growing company that are offering excellent progression opportunities to excel your career?

You will be taking full ownership for sales in your region where you'll lead full sales cycles from prospecting through to deal closure, as well as building key relationships with decision makers such as fabricators, developers and contractors.

This Company have been established for almost a decade and have built an outstanding reputation within the construction and fenestration industries by providing their clients with great efficiency every time. They specialise in aluminium glazing systems, curtain wall installations and window / door fittings and have worked on some high end projects for Reading Football Club and The RAF for example.

This role would suit a sales professional looking for an autonomous role where you'll have full responsibility for covering your region and get to work for a business who'll continually invest in you and your career.

The responsibilities:

  • Frequent travel to client sites within your region.
  • Prospecting, pricing, and closing business
  • Develop new business as well as developing existing client accounts
  • Quoting guidance and commercial mentorship
  • Build relationships and win work from fabricators, developers and contractors

The person:

  • Experience in B2B sales ideally within construction or fenestration
  • Full UK Drivers License
