Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy based in Glasgow are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The Building Surveyors role

The Building Surveyor will have exposure to all services lines offered by the consultancy including Dilapidations, Defect analysis, contract administration, design and refurbishment, pre-acquisition surveys, conservation advice and many more.

The sectors the Building Surveyor will work on projects such as educational, residential, commercial, healthcare, conservation, and heritage. They will need to be a self-motivated individual who can manage their own diary as well as strong communication skills for reports and client interactions.

The Building Surveyor will ideally hold

• MRICS qualification or working towards
• Experience in the above sectors
• Strong organisation skills
• Drive to progress
• A professional attitude
