Fire & Security Supervisor - Glasgow, Central Belt & Edinburgh
Salary: 40,000 + benefits
Location: Glasgow, with travel across Central Belt & Edinburgh
Hours: Monday - Thursday (field/onsite), Friday (office-based in Glasgow)
Are you an experienced fire and security professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Fire & Security Supervisor to join a reputable company covering Glasgow, the Central Belt, and Edinburgh.
The Role:
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on technical work and supervisory responsibilities:
Monday - Thursday: On the tools, supporting your team with installations, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems.
Friday: Office-based in Glasgow, managing schedules, reporting, and liaising with clients and senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry.
Experience as a senior engineer or team lead.
Strong knowledge of fire alarms, security systems, CCTV, access control, and associated maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel across Glasgow, the Central Belt, and Edinburgh as required.
