Working Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts from 08:00am -17:00pm and Fridays 08:00am -16:00pm
Salary: £51 168 per annum, over time available

Client-Specific Information:
Industry Position: A well-established business specialising in vehicle accident repairs and refinishing solutions, offering industry-leading services in vehicle body repair and refurbishment.
Key Services: Provides expert accident repair services, including vehicle bodywork, paint refinishing, panel replacement, alignment, and welding. The company supports a wide client base, including individual customers and fleet operators, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Client’s Objectives:
• Enhance the efficiency and productivity of the bodyshop.
• Ensure meticulous handling and accurate documentation of vehicle conditions.
• Boost customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service delivery.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on all types of makes and models of vehicles. You will be an integral part of our team as a Vehicle Panel Beater operative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair or replace damaged bodywork panels.
- Panel replacement and filler work.
- Strip and replace damaged body panels and trims.
- Body alignment and jig work, welding, bonding.
- All repair work to be completed to a high standard.
- Productive and efficient at all times.
- Ensure all job cards are completed correctly.
Qualifications:
- NVQ or City in Guilds,
- IMI (preferred but not required)
- You will be an experienced Panel Beater within a Bodyshop environment. (Needs 7 years’ worth of experience)
- Own tools.
- Full EU /UK Driver’s License (No points or Offences)
- Must have own tools
Skills and Experience:
- Great eye for detail
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- The ability to maintain High quality Standards in fast-paced environment
- An awareness of safety procedures
