Day to Day Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or product lines
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Present and promote products to potential and existing customers through meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability goals
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Essential Skills

  • Must have a full driving license and own transport 
  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in wholesale, B2B sales, or account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events (as needed)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Desirable Experience

  • A background in face to face sales would be desirable
