With over 300 staff across 15+ UK offices, they offer expert advice in building surveying, project management, valuation, planning, and property management across the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to take the lead on a wide portfolio of commercial, mixed-use and public sector instructions, with potential to manage and develop a team while contributing to wider business growth.
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 DOE (Guide Only)

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Overview
- Lead and deliver a range of building surveying instructions across commercial and public sector portfolios
- Take responsibility for contract administration and project management of refurbishment schemes
- Deliver professional services including dilapidations, schedules of condition and TDD
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
- Mentor junior surveyors and assist with APC preparation
- Contribute to team management and internal processes (Associate level)
Senior / Associate Building Surveyor Job Requirements
- MRICS qualified with several years post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in delivering both professional and project-based building surveying services
- Comfortable leading client meetings and managing project teams
- Previous experience mentoring or line managing junior staff (for Associate level)
- Full UK driving licence
