Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: 35,000 - 42,000
This an excellent opportunity to join an international and multidisciplined practice who work on large scale projects across the healthcare, education, commercial and retail sectors. They are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technician to help deliver on a range of multi sector projects for their Glasgow offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need to have a significant post qualification experience as a technician working across a range of building sectors. You will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, as well as experience working across all RIBA work stages. Good working knowledge of current BIM standards as well as an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations will bolster one's application.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Experience working on projects across multiple sectors and all RIBA stages
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Working knowledge of NBS Chorus
- Experience working to current BIM standards in a project environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to deliver high quality solutions
- Live within a commutable to the Glasgow area
