About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our growing manufacturing team in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a precision engineering company known for delivering high-quality, safety-critical components to major oil and gas, Dfense and electrical clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc or Mazak control experience preferred).
* Machining precision components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings.
* Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Working with a range of materials including exotic alloys used in oil and gas applications.
* Maintaining machinery and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
* Collaborating with the production and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Experience with oil & gas or similar high-spec industries is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Fanuc / Mazak / Siemens controls is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. for shift work and occasional
