Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: 25,000 to 27,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9-5
I'm recruiting on behalf of a client for a permanent Contract Administrator based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in a supportive environment.
The Role:
* Organise and upload paperwork from engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Keep records accurate using simple systems and trackers.
* Process invoices and certificates within set timescales (training provided).
* Monitor shared inbox and help resolve queries as part of a friendly team.
* Learn how contracts are managed from start to finish with hands-on support.
Experience Required:
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
* Flexible and analytical approach to tasks, with strong problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
* Have knowledge using FM database (preferred not required)
