- 48,000 - 53,000 DOE + 8k Car Allowance

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a National FM company, who are looking to recruit an Contract Manager to spearhead their contracts across the Glasgow and Central Belt.
The role will cover management and delivery of the contracts which includes PPM, reactive maintenance and repairs, Projects, Lifecycle work and small works.
The main responsibilities of the Contract Manager will be:
- Managing a team of engineers and supervisors across various contracts.
- Writing reports and feedback back to the client.
- Contract tender, pricing of small works and new tenders.
- Managing sub-contractors.
- Offering technical support as and when needed.
- Performance monitoring.
The Contract Manager will have:
- A technical background (electrical, mechanical, AC, or gas)
- Relevant technical quals: HND, HNC, C+G etc
- Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH)
- Senior experience in a similar role
