Are you a Contracts Manager or similar with a background in Pipes / Mechanical Engineering looking to join a market leading company, with excellent opportunities to progress into Senior Management including Operations Management?

Do you want to join a company committed to their employees development, with company funded training courses, a generous bonus scheme and clear progression routes?

This company, established over 40 years ago have since seen excellent growth, with a headcount of over 100 employees in their Glasgow office, and a turnover of £20million. They provide full mechanical services, with a specialism in pipework to their broad client base including industries such as food and drink, waste, water and pharmaceuticals.

Due to their continued growth and expansion they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their tight-knit team.

In this varied and autonomous role you will join a team of 4 other Contracts Managers, your time will be split between the office and visiting sites. In the office you will be involved in handling new business enquires, managing the bid process as well as procuring materials. While out on site you will oversee installation, meet with clients, and prepare pricing.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar with a background in Pipes / Mechanical Engineering looking to join a company where they can be confident they will progress, all while benefitting from a generous bonus scheme to increase earnings and ongoing training to develop skillset.

The Role:

  • Office / Site Based role.
  • Manage the bid and tendering process.
  • Oversee all aspects of site installation.

The Person:

  • Contracts Manager or similar.
  • Background in Pipes / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Commutable to Glasgow office.
