About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across multiple project sites in the UK. This role involves travel between sites, so candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car. 

This is a great opportunity to start a career within construction, with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with administrative duties supporting sustainability targets and objectives.

  • Support the delivery of Corporate Social Responsibility and KPI requirements related to project tenders.

  • Gather and submit evidence to clients to demonstrate social value and compliance.

  • Work with local communities to deliver impactful social value initiatives.

  • Support site projects with audits and ensure best practices are followed.

  • Manage supply chain records and documentation, ensuring all information is kept up to date.

  • Provide document management and data transfer support using internal software systems.

  • Assist project teams with internal audits and compliance reporting.

  • Present confidently to education partners and clients as required.

Requirements:

  • IT literate with the ability to learn and use internal software systems (full training provided).

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly between sites using your own car.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
