We are looking to speak with experienced Legal Secretaries / Administrator who are looking for a new, temporary opportunity in Glasgow. Ideally, you will have experience within a legal environment, assisting with court work, personal injury administration and dictation daily. This is a great opportunity for an experienced secretary or administrator, who is immediately available!

This is a full-time position, working core business hours Monday - Friday. The rate of pay for this position is between 12 - 13.50 p/h depending on experience. This position offers an ongoing temporary contract.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You have legal administrative experience (Court Experience desired but not essential)
  • You have strong communication skills both written and orally
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Packages and have Dictation experience
  • You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • You are a confident typist, with 50 WPM speed
  • You are proactive and able to assist the wider team when required
  • You can manage your time and diary effectively to meet deadlines and complete tasks

What is the day to day like?

  • Providing administrative support across a variety of teams, particularly within personal injury
  • Assisting with copy typing of legal documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing correspondence and maintaining files on the internal system
  • Drafting court documents, and updating the internal systems
  • Handling inbound calls, responding to a variety of enquiries daily whilst providing excellent service
  • Managing and coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks when required
