Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office (First 6 weeks is 100% office based for training)

Pay Rate: £14.02 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, demonstrating empathy and a strong desire to assist them.
  • Handle standard administrative data processing tasks to support and enhance external client relationships.
  • Receive and screen customers, callers, and other forms of communication, answering routine questions, providing information, or directing requests appropriately.
  • Represent customers by contacting internal and external sources to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally and with care and due diligence
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
