Office Angels are seeking a cheerful and professional Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our fantastic client based in Glasgow! If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for valued customers. Your upbeat demeanour will help create a welcoming atmosphere in the office, and your attention to detail will ensure our operations run smoothly. This is a temporary position with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support customers when signing documents
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and order processing.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with promotional activities and office events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
