Administrator
Location - Cambuslang

Our client are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a long term ongoing temporary basis. This role is very secure and in time there will be opportunities to apply for permanent roles.

Hours - 8.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Friday. Early finish every Friday at 4.00 pm.

Salary - 13.29 per hour (25,638) + Holiday pay (This rate increases to 14.04 per hour after 6 months (27,087)

As part of the team, you will support the smooth running of the depot and wider business through a variety of administrative duties, including:

  • Delivering all assigned administration tasks in line with business objectives, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

  • Checking and processing timesheets with attention to detail.

  • Updating and maintaining asset control logs to ensure accurate records.

  • Managing office systems, processing documents, and maintaining reliable information in support of business activities.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries into the depot - whether face-to-face, by phone, or via email - and ensuring professional, timely responses.

  • Handling enquiries from internal colleagues, external partners, and third-party organisations, providing clear and accurate information.

  • Liaising with external organisations to ensure all submissions, paperwork, and spreadsheets are correct and delivered within deadlines.

  • Compiling and providing information for management reporting using computer systems.

  • Supporting departmental and depot activities through general clerical and administrative duties.
