Large Format Print All Rounder

£32,000 to £37,000 plus shift allowance (15% - 20%)
Shifts: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (rotating)

We’re working with a long established print manufacturer in Glasgow that produces high quality large format graphics, signage and display solutions for major UK brands. They have a strong reputation for quality, teamwork and investment in the latest print technology.

They are now looking for an experienced Large Format Print All Rounder to join their production team. The role will suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a busy print environment and can confidently manage all aspects of the production process.

• Operating large format digital printers including UV, solvent or latex machines

• Preparing and managing print files using RIP software

• Working with a range of materials and ensuring accurate colour output

• Assisting with finishing including using a cutting table (zund /summa / kongsberg) trimming, laminating, mounting and packing

• Maintaining high quality standards across all printed materials

• Supporting production workflow and keeping the print area organised

• Working on rotating early and late shifts of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

• At least three years of experience in large format printing

• Confident in print production and finishing processes

• Knowledge of RIP software such as Caldera or Onyx

• Reliable, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced production setting

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork

• Fully flexible and happy to work rotating shifts
