About the RoleCompass Associates is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded home care provider to recruit a Service Manager for an established branch in Glasgow. The service is well-positioned for its next stage of growth and is seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader to take the reins.

The branch has a strong operational foundation with a loyal client base and dedicated team, making it a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or a high-performing deputy ready to step into full leadership. Support from wider business functions is available, offering a well-rounded environment for personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold the registration and ensure service compliance with Care Inspectorate standards

  • Lead a team of care coordinators and field staff, driving quality care delivery

  • Focus on service growth by increasing care hours and private client engagement

  • Work collaboratively with support functions in scheduling, recruitment, HR, and training

  • Maintain and build relationships with local partners and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Service Manager, Care Manager, or Deputy in domiciliary care

  • Understanding of care compliance and home care regulations in Scotland

  • A confident and personable leadership style

  • Commercial awareness and the motivation to grow a service

  • Experience working with or ambition to work in private-pay care settings
