This EC&I Engineers main duties will be to support plant operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Root Cause Analysis, Control Systems, and Operational Excellence programs. Acting as a bridge between maintenance and EC&I teams to maximize asset availability and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support plant projects, developments, and engineering changes.
  • Assist operations with fault finding and maintenance best practices.
  • Supervise and coordinate contractors following safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate asset data and maintenance records in CMMS.
  • Participate in Control Systems Working Group activities and site feedback.
  • Conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain equipment standards.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency and asset utilization.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks or projects as requested by management.
  • Attend meetings (20%), supervise operations (40%), and support Root Cause Analysis (40%).
