Construkt RS is collaborating with a leading Fire and Security provider in the UK to find a Security Engineer with fire experience.
The role involves servicing and maintaining intruder, CCTV, and access control systems, as well as electronic fire alarm systems.
Candidates should have a proven background in fire engineering and experience with various intruder panels, along with network/IP-based products.
The position requires good communication and fault-finding skills, and candidates must possess a full driving license.
The salary for this role is up to £37,000, and applicants should have relevant experience in the field.

Construkt RS are working with one of the leading Fire and Secuirty providers in the UK who are seeking a Security engineer with fire experience.

Job Role:

Servicing and maintenance of intruder, CCTV and access control systems, as well as installation & maintenance of electronic fire alarm systems.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Servicing and maintaining various intruder, CCTV and access control systems.
Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and portable extinguishers.
Commission/ Handover of GENT & Advanced Fire Alarm systems
Be part of an On Call Rota for OOH callouts and telephone support.
Installation of both conventional and analogue addressable fire alarm systems to a high standard of workmanship

Essential Requirements of the Job:

Good communication skills
Good fault finding skills first time fix
A proven background and experience of working within fire engineering
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of various intruder panels, eg galaxy, menvier & scantronic.
Network/IP based product experience
Experience of undertaking service, repair work
Experience of conventional and addressable fire systems across a range of manufacturers equipment
Full driving license

Desirable Requirements for the Job:

Salary up to 37k for righ candidate and experience
