Brief Description

Optimise and coordinate the annual and quarterly work plans to support efficient delivery of maintenance and project work within the delivery unit.

 

Here are some of the duties your role will include: -

·Produce annual and quarterly work plans that coordinate and optimise the use of labour, access, plant, tools and materials. 

·Identify and request critical access and resource requirements for items included in the annual and quarterly plans. 

·Monitor and report on work efficiency and unit costs of work volume delivery against the annual and quarterly plans, identifying the causes of variance.

What you will bring to the role: -

·Work plan production and resource coordination and optimisation skills

·Knowledge of access and possession planning processes and systems

·Good analytical skills

·Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills

It’s desirable if you have it to help give you context to the role: -

·Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques

Salary: Starting at £35,582 and rising to £42,218 per annum.
