Description

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and documents for executive decision-making.

  • Oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion and coordination across departments.

  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

  • Support in personal tasks and errands as needed (if applicable).

  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure document accessibility.

Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (3+ years preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
