Production Operator, Cambuslang, £12.21 per hour plus Shift Allowance
We are looking for Production Operators to join our established team in Cambuslang covering various tasks & duties.
As a Production Operator you will be tasked with:
- Producing parts and components in line with requirements and against agreed schedule
- Complete intricate work tasks using small hand tools
- Following strict processes and work instructions
- Monitoring and analysing production tasks and making additions where required
- Completing job cards with all relevant details of processes completed
- Ensuring the highest levels of quality maintained
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Report any faults with machinery or equipment to maintenance staff
- Record and maintain work data
- Pack goods in line with company standards
- General housekeeping duties
What you can expect:
- A permanent role with a well-established and respected business
- A pay rate of £12.21 per hour
- Shift Allowance of 15% one early shift & 33% on back shift
- Opportunity to work regular overtime
- 37 hours, working Mon to Thurs 8am - 4.30pm & Fri 8am - 1pm moving to back shift OR early / back shift rotation once fully trained
