Michael Page have partnered with a thriving financial services firm who are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the a fast paced transactional team and ensuring the delivery of top-notch internal customer service.

Description

The successful Team Leader will have the following responsibilities;

路 Oversee daily operations of the team (8-14 full time employees)

路 Coach team members, provide ongoing support and mentoring.

路 Formulate and drive strategies to elevate service quality.

路 Manage cash transactions and handle accounting duties.

路 Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

路 Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

路 Provide flexibility in taking on ad-hoc duties when required.

路 Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective risk management and financial reporting.

Profile

The successful Team Leader should have/be able to;

路 Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.

路 Be discrete when handling sensitive financial information.

路 Excellent leadership and team management skills.

路 General knowledge of financial procedures.

路 Proficiency in using data software and Excel.
