Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + Competitive Bonus & Excellent Benefits

We’re proud to be partnering with a highly respected Wealth Management firm based in Bath, with whom we've built a strong relationship over the past eight years. During this time, we’ve witnessed their impressive year-on-year growth and their unwavering commitment to delivering clear, holistic financial advice.

Due to continued expansion, the firm is now seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to take over a well-maintained and loyal client bank. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the consultancy and relationship-building side of financial planning, without the pressures of cold sales or heavy business development.

Why this role stands out:

  • You’ll be joining a truly client-focused firm with a strong reputation for service and high client retention.
  • A significant portion of new business is driven by referrals and recommendations, reflecting the trust they’ve built over time.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to develop deep, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their life goals and offering tailored advice across pensions, investments, protection, and where relevant, intergenerational planning.

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified Financial Adviser with approximately 3+ years’ experience in delivering regulated advice.
  • Someone seeking a long-term career move within a supportive and professional environment.
  • A commitment to ongoing development - study support is available for those working towards Chartered status.

You’ll be fully supported with dedicated Paraplanning and Admin resources, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional advice. The firm also offers hybrid working, a collaborative team culture, and a highly achievable bonus structure, along with a strong overall benefits package.

If you’re looking for a fresh challenge with a firm that values integrity, teamwork, and client care, we’d love to hear from you. For more details, please send your CV to Sam at Financial Divisions.
