Join Our Clients Dynamic Team in Glasgow as an IFA Administrator!

Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about financial services? We’re seeking an IFA Administrator to provide crucial support to Financial Advisers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining illustrations, key features, and application forms from Platforms & Providers
  • Compiling comprehensive client meeting packs
  • Issuing letters of authority (LOA) and transfer of agency (TOA)
  • Accurately maintaining client details and policy information
  • Preparing new business applications
  • Responding to inquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients, and providers
  • Managing client valuation schedules
  • Ensuring timely communication with clients and providers
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Industry knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry and record-keeping skills
  • Willingness to pursue professional qualifications (desirable)
