- Managing mortgage applications from submission to completion, liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
- Supporting brokers with case packaging, fact-finding, and research on complex deals.
- Handling high-net-worth cases with discretion, efficiency, and a high level of detail.
- Monitoring pipelines and ensuring milestones are met within tight deadlines.
- Taking ownership of communication and documentation at every stage of the process.
- Learning the ropes from top brokers to prepare for a future in sales and advice.
Mortgage Case Manager Package
- Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (DOE)
- Hours: 35-hour work week with flexible hours
- Training: Ongoing development + CeMAP fully funded in Year 2
